Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier issues.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. Shipping times and costs vary based on location and will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before reaching out to us.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address.
